Facebook user data deletion
If you used Facebook login to access Quick Livraison, you can request the deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the following address:
We will delete all information associated with your Facebook account (name, email address, Facebook ID, etc.) within 7 business days.
Information that will be deleted
Upon your deletion request, we will delete the following data linked to your Facebook account:
- Full name and first name
- Email address associated with Facebook
- Unique Facebook identifier
- Facebook profile photo (if used)
- Facebook login history
- All other personal data linked to your Facebook account
⚠️ Important to know
Deleting your Facebook data will not automatically delete your Quick Livraison account. If you wish to completely delete your account, please specify this in your request.
How to make your request
To request the deletion of your Facebook data, please:
- 1Send an email to support@quicklivraison.ma
- 2Indicate in the subject: "Request for Facebook data deletion"
- 3Specify the email address associated with your Facebook account
- 4Confirm that you wish to delete your Facebook-linked data
Processing time
We commit to processing your request within a maximum of 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is completed.
Retained data
Some data may be retained for legal or security reasons:
- Billing data (in compliance with legal obligations)
- Security and fraud prevention logs
- Anonymized data for statistical purposes
